The most prominent are located in Chino Valley, along highway 89 and just south of Center street. Oscar spent the summer of 1921 quarrying rock from the Granite Rock Quarry to use in the construction of the LDS chapel on Center and 89. It was completed and dedicated in June 1924.
He passed in 1946 and was buried at the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Prescott.
